About Adviskin®
Our Mission
“We’re here to reimagine what expert skin care can be — faster, more specialised, and genuinely accessible to everyone.”
Skin issues affect people of all ages, in all stages of life — from a newborn’s rash to a teenager’s acne, a discreet concern in adulthood, or a long-term condition like eczema, psoriasis, or rosacea. And yet, getting reliable dermatological advice still means long waiting lists, high costs, or uncomfortable in-person appointments.
At Adviskin®, we believe it shouldn’t be this hard. Our mission is to remove those barriers.
We envision a world where everyone — not just those who can afford private care — has access to the answers, support, and clarity they need to feel confident in their skin.
Dermatology, Reimagined — Anytime. Anywhere. Any Age.
Our Story
Adviskin was created by the team behind Docandu — a pioneering digital health platform established eight years ago to make healthcare more accessible, efficient, and truly patient-focused.
Recognised by the World Health Organization and honoured by the MIT Enterprise Forum for its innovative contribution to health tech, Docandu has not only supported thousands of patients but has also grown into a trusted digital health development hub.
Over the years, it has designed and delivered tailor-made digital platforms for leading healthcare companies — including Pfizer, Bayer, Boehringer Ingelheim, and Medical Nutricia (Danone) — addressing a wide range of specific needs in areas such as diabetes management, nutrition advice, patient education, and disease monitoring.
With this expertise, the Docandu team identified a growing need for better access to specialist skin advice — without the long delays, high costs, or discomfort of traditional routes.
That’s what led to Adviskin: a dedicated, expert-led dermatology platform offering fast, personalised evaluations and treatment solutions for people of all ages — right from the comfort of home.
What Makes Us Different
At Adviskin, we believe that skin health issues deserve specialised care — not one-size-fits-all answers.
That’s why we’ve built an innovative platform where cutting-edge technology, including AI, empowers our certified specialists to deliver fast, reliable results and expert advice.
Whether for adults or children, every case is personally assessed by a medical expert — a dermatologist or a paediatrician — ensuring tailored, high-quality evaluation and support.
Our technology is designed with the user in mind. Tools like AdviQuest, AdviScope and AdviAssist don’t just streamline the process — they’re built to enhance the specialist approach, guiding each user with the right questions and structure for accurate, meaningful evaluations.
All from the comfort of your home — and 100% anonymously, if you wish.
This isn’t automated advice or a generic telehealth consultation — it’s specialist-led, expert-driven care, designed for you and your family.
